Introduction

Welcome to SEO Digix. By accessing or using our website at seodigix.com and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Services

SEO Digix provides search engine optimization and related digital marketing services including but not limited to on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, ecommerce SEO, keyword research, GEO SEO, and AEO services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each service are outlined in the individual proposal or service agreement provided to each client prior to the commencement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable SEO Digix to deliver the agreed services effectively, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete business information when requested
  • Granting necessary access to website platforms, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Responding to communications and approval requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that all content and materials provided to SEO Digix do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

3. Payment Terms

  • All service fees are outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice provided before work begins
  • Payments are due as per the schedule agreed upon in the service agreement
  • SEO Digix reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of non-payment
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Results Disclaimer

SEO Digix applies proven, ethical, and industry-standard SEO strategies to deliver the best possible results for every client. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes as search engine algorithms are constantly evolving and outside our direct control. We commit to transparency, consistent effort, and clear communication throughout every campaign.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, data, and communications strictly confidential. SEO Digix will not share your business information with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by SEO Digix during the course of a project remain the intellectual property of SEO Digix until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

SEO Digix uses third-party tools and platforms to deliver its services — including but not limited to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and various SEO software tools. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy updates made by these third-party platforms that may affect the delivery or outcome of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEO Digix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per the notice period outlined in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

SEO Digix reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
